UK Pension Plan definition
UK Pension Plan means any Company Plan which is a retirement benefit scheme administered in the UK.

Other than in relation to the UK Pension Plan, no Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries is or has at any time been: (a) an employer (for the purposes of sections 38 to 51 of the Pensions Act 2004) of an occupational pension scheme which is not a money purchase scheme (both terms as defined in the Pensions Schemes Act 1993); or (b) “connected” with or an “associate” (as those terms are used in sections 38 and 43 of the Pensions Act 2004) of such an employer.

UK Pension Plan an occupational pension scheme which is not a money purchase scheme (each as defined in Section 181 of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (UK)) and any other pension plan maintained or contributed to by, or to which there is or may be an obligation to contribute by any Obligor in respect of its UK employees or former employees.
