Ultimate Controlling Party definition

Ultimate Controlling Party means, in respect of an F1 Team, the entity or individual which has ultimate Control, directly or indirectly, of that F1 Team.

Ultimate Controlling Party means, in respect of an FE Team, the entity or individual that has ultimate Control, directly or indirectly, of that FE Team.

Ultimate Controlling Party means, in respect of an FE Manufacturer, the entity or individual that has ultimate Control, directly or indirectly, of that FE Manufacturer.
