Umbrella Agreement definition

Umbrella Agreement means, as the context requires, either:
Umbrella Agreement means an agreement that is an umbrella agreement for the purposes of paragraph 48 of Schedule 6 to the Act;
Umbrella Agreement means the ITSA, Power Sale and Coordination Umbrella Agreement, dated as of November 12, 1990.

Umbrella Agreement means and refer to that certain Umbrella Agreement by and between Program Lender and First Marblehead, dated as of April 15, 2001.
