Umbrella Agreement definition
Umbrella Agreement means, as the context requires, either:
Umbrella Agreement means an agreement that is an umbrella agreement for the purposes of paragraph 48 of Schedule 6 to the Act;
Umbrella Agreement means the ITSA, Power Sale and Coordination Umbrella Agreement, dated as of November 12, 1990.

The Annex automatically expires upon the expiration of the Umbrella Agreement.
The term of this Annex shall not exceed the term of the Umbrella Agreement.
Should this Annex be terminated, or the effort completed at a cost less than the agreed-to estimated cost, NASA shall account for any unspent funds within one(1) year after completion of all effort under this Annex, and promptly thereafter, at Partner’s option return any unspent funds to Partner or apply any such unspent funds to other activities under the Umbrella Agreement.
The Contract constitutes, together with the Umbrella Agreement, the entire agreement between the Parties in respect of the matters dealt with therein.
More Definitions of Umbrella Agreement
Umbrella Agreement means and refer to that certain Umbrella Agreement by and between Program Lender and First Marblehead, dated as of April 15, 2001.
