Unaffiliated Officer definition

Unaffiliated Officer means, for purposes of this Code, an officer of the Corporation who is not a director, officer or employee of the Adviser, Sub-Adviser, Foreside or an affiliate of any of them.

Unaffiliated Officer means, for purposes of this Code, an officer of the Fund who is not a director, officer or employee of the Adviser or Administrator or an affiliate of either.

  • Designated Officer means, with respect to any Person, the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, the Controller, the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary or any Vice President of such Person.

  • Nominated Officer means an officer charged with the responsibility for discharging specific tasks within Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions.

  • Fiscal Officer means, with respect to a regional transit authority, the secretary-treasurer thereof, and with respect to a county that is a transit authority, the fiscal officer of the county transit board if one is appointed pursuant to section 306.03 of the Revised Code or the county auditor if the board of county commissioners operates the county transit system.

  • Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
