In the event StadCo notifies Licensee that there is no Comparable Seat(s), then Licensee shall have the right to terminate this License Agreement upon notice to StadCo, in which event StadCo shall, within sixty (60) days following such notice of termination, return to Licensee the Unamortized Portion of the License Fee (as defined below) paid by Licensee hereunder.
