Unanimous definition

Unanimous or “unanimous” means, (i) with respect to a decision, vote, approval or consent required of the Board either, the affirmative vote, consent or approval of all of the Members of the Board entitled to vote on such matter; and (ii) with respect to a decision vote, approval or consent required of the of the Members (on which the Members are entitled to vote hereunder), the affirmative vote, approval or consent of all of the Members entitled to vote on such matter(s).
Unanimous means a vote of all members of a county legislative body where all members of the county legislative body, not including the subject officer, vote on the same side of the motion.
Unanimous means all members of Council.

More Definitions of Unanimous

Unanimous means all Directors entitled to vote are in favour, whether or not they are all present, and whether or not they all vote (as distinct from an ordinary majority of Directors present and entitled to voting or an Absolute Majority).
