Unauthorized User definition

Unauthorized User means any individual who accesses Software except for: (1) employees of LICENSEE authorized by LICENSEE to access Software who agree to maintain the confidentiality of Confidential Information and (2) persons authorized by QUMU to access Software.

More Definitions of Unauthorized User

Unauthorized User. The term "Unauthorized User" shall mean any individual who accesses the Product except for employees of Licensee or designated individuals authorized by licensee to access the Product using the performance, utility and functions of the Product for internal business operations of Licensee and training employees of Licensee in the use of the Product.
