Examples of Uncertificated Form in a sentence

  • A class of Shares must not be treated as two classes simply because some Shares of that class are held in Certificated form and others are held in Uncertificated form.

  • Unless the Directors otherwise determine, Shares which a Member holds in Uncertificated form must be treated as separate holdings from any Shares which that Member holds in Certificated form.

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in this Section 2.14, the Depositary and the Company may, to the extent not prohibited by law, agree to issue the Restricted ADSs in Uncertificated form (“Uncertificated Restricted ADSs”) upon such terms and conditions as the Company and the Depositary may deem necessary and appropriate.
