Unclaimed prizes means winning plays or tickets that have not been claimed within the 90 calendar days allowed for the claiming of prizes. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and shall be paid into the Lottery’s prize fund pursuant to section 6-24-21-

  • Scheme Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately preceding the Effective Date or such other time as Codemasters and Take-Two may agree;
