Underbillings definition

Underbillings means the costs and estimated earnings of the Company and its Subsidiaries in excess of customer billxxxx xx uncompleted contracts.

Underbillings means, consistent with GAAP, the revenue recognized in excess of amounts paid or payable (contract receivables) to the Companies on uncompleted contracts (contract asset), excluding retainage.
