Undercollateralized Group definition

Undercollateralized Group. As defined in Section 4.03.
Undercollateralized Group. With respect to any Distribution Date, the Senior Certificates of any Certificate Group as to which the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance thereof, after giving effect to distributions pursuant to Section 4.2(a) on such date, is greater than the Pool Principal Balance of the related Mortgage Pool for such Distribution Date.
Undercollateralized Group. With respect to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, as to which the aggregate Class Certificate Principal Balance and Component Principal Balance of the related classes of Senior Certificates and Principal-Only Component, after giving effect to distributions pursuant to Section 5.01(a) on such date, is greater than the Loan Group Balance of the related Loan Group for such Distribution Date.

Examples of Undercollateralized Group in a sentence

  • If more than one Undercollateralized Group exists on any Distribution Date, the payments required to be made pursuant to this Section 4.03 on such Distribution Date shall be made pro rata, based on the amount of payments to be made to the Undercollateralized Groups.

  • If more than one Undercollateralized Group exists on any Distribution Date, payments made to such Groups from the Available Distribution Amount of the Overcollateralized Group shall be made pro rata, based on the amount of payments required to be made to the Undercollateralized Group(s).

  • If more than one Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date is entitled to an Undercollateralization Distribution, such Undercollateralization Distribution shall be allocated among the Undercollateralized Groups, pro rata, on the basis of the amount by which the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the related Senior Certificates is greater than the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the related Undercollateralized Groups.

  • If more than one Undercollateralized Group exists on any Distribution Date, the payments required to be made pursuant to this Section 4.05 on such Distribution Date shall be made pro rata, based on the amount of payments required to be made to the Undercollateralized Groups.

  • In the event that the Senior Certificates and Principal-Only Component related to a Loan Group constitute an Undercollateralized Group on any Distribution Date following the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date, Undercollateralization Distributions will be made from any Available Funds for a Loan Group not related to an Undercollateralized Group remaining after all required amounts have been distributed to the related Class of Senior Certificates and Principal-Only Component.


More Definitions of Undercollateralized Group

Undercollateralized Group. Any Certificate Group with respect to which, on any Distribution Date, the aggregate Class Principal Balance of the Senior Certificates (other than the Class PO Certificates and Interest Only Certificates) related to such Certificate Group (after giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date) is greater than the Group Pool Principal Balance of the related Loan Group (net of the applicable PO Percentage of the Scheduled Principal Balance of each Discount Mortgage Loan in such Loan Group) for the following Distribution Date.
Undercollateralized Group. On any Distribution Date, any Collateral Group for which the total Certificate Balance of the Senior Certificates of the related Certificate Group (other than the Class A-P Certificates and after giving effect to distributions to be made on such Distribution Date) is greater than the Non-AP Pool Balance of such Collateral Group.
Undercollateralized Group. With respect to any Distribution Date and any Certificate Group in the Aggregate Pool, with respect to which the aggregate Class Principal Amount of such Certificate Group is greater than the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans in the related Mortgage Pool immediately prior to such Distribution Date.
