In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between a term defined herein and in any of the Underlying Agreements, such term as used in this Agreement shall govern and have the meaning ascribed to it in this Agreement for the purposes of this Agreement.
The County, in its capacity as a covered entity, may provide Business Associate with certain information that may include Protected Health Information (PHI), so that Business Associate may perform its responsibilities pursuant to its Underlying Agreement(s) with and on behalf of County.
The obligations of BA under this Section 4.B shall survive the termination of this Appendix BAA and any Underlying Agreement(s).
