Underlying Investments definition

Underlying Investments means the mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, bank products and any other investments in which assets of the plan are invested through the investment options.
Underlying Investments means those funds or other investment vehicles in which the assets of the Investment Options are invested.

Underlying Investments means the underlying investment funds that the Investment Options invest in and include mutual funds, bank savings accounts, separately managed accounts and other investment vehicles. Account owners do not own shares of the Underlying Investment directly, but rather own shares in an Investment Option. UTMA means Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.
