Underlying Stock definition

Underlying Stock shall refer to the Common Shares or other securities or property issuable or issued upon exercise of the Options.
Underlying Stock means the shares of Common Stock or Series A Preferred Stock issuable or issued upon the exercise of the Warrants.
Underlying Stock means those shares of the Company's Common Stock issuable upon (i) conversion of the Series R Preferred Stock and (ii) exercise of any Warrants.

More Definitions of Underlying Stock

Underlying Stock refers to the Shares (or Other Securities) issuable under this Warrant Agreement pursuant to the exercise, in whole or in part, of the Representatives' Warrants. The purchase and sale of the Representatives' Warrants shall take place, and the purchase price therefor shall be paid by delivery of your check, simultaneously with the purchase of and payment for any Shares as provided in the Underwriting Agreement between the Company and you, dated the date hereof.
