Underwriting Fees definition

Underwriting Fees means, with respect to any offering of Registrable Securities pursuant to this Agreement, the gross spread, underwriting discounts, commissions, fees or other compensation payable to all underwriters in such offering.
Underwriting Fees shall have the meaning set forth in the Services Agreement.
Underwriting Fees has the meaning given to such term in the Services Agreement.

Examples of Underwriting Fees in a sentence

  • Sales Commissions with respect to Shares actually sold by you or your registered representatives and Underwriting Fees with respect to all Shares sold (by you or by any Selling Dealers) will be due and payable to you within 30 days of each Closing Date on which purchasers of such Shares are admitted as Members.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 8, the Selling Agent shall not be required to contribute any amount in excess of the Underwriting Fees received by the Selling Agent in connection with the aggregate Units sold.

More Definitions of Underwriting Fees
