Undisputed Invoice means an invoice that has been received by the named contact and address given in writing to Templafy, and which Client has not in good faith raised concerns about the invoice details within 30 days of the invoice being issued and payment becoming due. Any payments made by Client shall, once they are paid, not be refundable, unless otherwise expressly provided herein.

Undisputed Invoice means that the final sum, the Purchase Order and/or the Goods including specifications, quantity and/or receipt thereof is not challenged in any manner whatsoever. Related to Undisputed Invoice

  • Undisputed as used herein shall mean any amount that the Subscribing Reinsurer has not contested in writing to the Company specifying the reason(s) why the payments are disputed.
