Customer Deposits means deposits made by customers with respect to the purchase of goods or the performance of services.
Company Customer means a person or entity for whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries was providing services either at the time of, or at any time within the twelve (12) months preceding the Termination Date, and for whom the Participant had direct contact with and/or carried out or oversaw a material business responsibility during said twelve (12) month period or about whom the Participant had exposure to or received Confidential Information as a result of the Participant’s employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Qualifying Customer means:
TCP Customers We will not impose Credit Management Charges unless the Charges are a reimbursement of our costs and you are advised of their amount or method of calculation.
Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.
END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
Protected Customers means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or solicited to sell its products or services during the twelve (12) months prior to the Determination Date.
Existing Customer means an individual who has purchased goods or services from a person, who is the recipient of a voice communication from that person, and who either paid for the goods or services within the 12 months preceding the voice communication or has not paid for the goods and services at the time of the voice communication because of a prior agreement between the person and the individual.
household customer means a customer purchasing electricity for his own household consumption, excluding commercial or professional activities;
Protected Customer means any Person to whom the Company has sold its products or services or actively solicited to sell its products or services, and with whom Participant has had Material Contact on behalf of the Company during his/her employment with the Company.
Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.
Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.
Payments or Deposits means the cash, check, or credit card amounts actually paid for Your Trip. Certificates, vouchers, discounts, credits, frequent traveler or frequent flyer rewards, miles or points applied (in part or in full) towards the cost of Your Travel Arrangements are not Payments or Deposits as defined herein.
Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
Indigent Customer means the head of an indigent household:-
Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned.
Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.
Restricted Customer means any customer to whom or to which goods or services were provided by the Company during the two-year period prior to the date of Employee’s employment, and any potential customer of the Company that the Company solicited during the one-year period prior to the date of termination of Employee’s employment with the Company.
Customer Credit Liabilities means at any time, the aggregate remaining value at such time of (a) outstanding gift certificates and gift cards of the Borrowers entitling the holder thereof to use all or a portion of the certificate or gift card to pay all or a portion of the purchase price for any Inventory, and (b) outstanding merchandise credits of the Borrowers.
End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.
Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).
Excluded Deposits means (w) those deposit liabilities that are or would be considered “brokered deposits” for purposes of the rules and regulations of the FDIC, any of which, as of the date hereof, are listed on Exhibit 1.1(e)(i), (x) Escheat Deposits, (y) those deposit liabilities (i) related to a financial advisory relationship with Seller’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Wealth Management or US Trust divisions, (ii) related to a client managed relationship in Seller’s Business Banking, Middle Market, or Large Corporate divisions or any other non-retail division, (iii) linked to affinity relationships or programs set forth on Exhibit 1.1(e)(iii) (and such Exhibit 1.1(e)(iii) shall be updated by Seller as of 5:00 p.m., Eastern time, on the date that is five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing Date (and delivered to Purchaser on or before the date that is three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date), or (iv) that constitute security for loans that are not to be transferred to Purchaser under the terms of this Agreement, and (z) those deposit liabilities that have been opened by an employee (other than a Transferred Employee) or former employee of Bank of America Corporation.
End Customer means an enterprise customer to which Partner markets or sells Products for internal use.
Direct Load Control means load reduction that is controlled directly by the Curtailment Service Provider’s market operations center or its agent, in response to PJM instructions.
Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.
