Unearned tuition definition

Unearned tuition means the anticipated amount of tuition revenue minus refunds that will be generated within a one-year time frame of the institution’s authorized operation in West Virginia. “Unearned tuition” for the application of annual reauthorization is the amount of tuition revenue minus refunds that was received during the previous year.
