Unfunded Amount definition

Unfunded Amount means, with respect to any Collateral Loan, as of any date of determination, the unfunded commitment of the Borrower with respect to such Collateral Loan as of such date.

Unfunded Amount means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate Exposure Amount at such time plus (ii) the aggregate Unsettled Amount at such time.

Unfunded Amount shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Agency Agreement.

Examples of Unfunded Amount in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, upon the occurrence of the earlier of (i) any acceleration of the maturity of Advances pursuant to Section 13.2 and (ii) the end of the Revolving Period, the Borrower shall request an Advance in the amount, if any, of the Aggregate Unfunded Amount minus the amount then on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account.

• As of any date of determination, the Manager may cause any amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account that exceed (i) prior to the end of the Availability Period, the Aggregate Unfunded Equity Amount and (ii) after the end of the Availability Period, the Aggregate Unfunded Amount, in each case, to be deposited into the Principal Proceeds Account.

More Definitions of Unfunded Amount

Unfunded Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Obligation or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation, the excess, if any, of (i) the Commitment Amount under such Revolving Obligation or Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation, as the case may be, at such time over (ii) the Funded Amount thereof at such time.

Unfunded Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(c).

Unfunded Amount means the sum of (a) the Portfolio Exposure Amount and (b) all amounts due for unsettled purchases of Collateral Obligations at such time.
