Unidentified Utilities Deductible for the Project is, for each facility, the first $50,000 of Basic Costs for the Utility Adjustment due to an Unidentified Utility.

Unidentified Utilities Deductible has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4 of this DBA. Unidentified Utilities Deductible Cap has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4 of this DBA. Capitalized terms used in the Contract Documents but not otherwise defined in this DBA shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2 of the General Conditions. If any definition set forth above is also included in Section 1.2 of the General Conditions, to the extent such definitions conflict, the definition in Section 1.2 of the General Conditions is hereby amended by the definition set forth above.

Related to Unidentified Utilities Deductible

  • Baseline actual emissions means the rate of emissions, in tons per year, of a regulated NSR pollutant, as determined in accordance with paragraphs (i) through (iv) of this definition.

  • Moderate-income household means a household with a total gross annual household income in excess of 50 percent but less than 80 percent of the median household income.

  • Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.).

  • Projected actual emissions means the maximum annual rate, in tons per year, at which an existing emissions unit is projected to emit a regulated NSR pollutant in any one of the 5 years (12-month period) following the date the unit resumes regular operation after the project, or in any one of the 10 years following that date, if the project involves increasing the emissions unit’s design capacity or its potential to emit that regulated NSR pollutant, and full utilization of the unit would result in a significant emissions increase, or a significant net emissions increase at the major stationary source.

  • Administrative cost means a fee imposed to cover:

  • Predictive emissions monitoring system or "PEMS" means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, pounds per hour) on a continuous basis.
