Uniform Network Code definition

Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Uniform Network Code means the code of that name prepared by the Joint Office of Gas Transporters, as amended from time to time;
Uniform Network Code. (UNC) means the common set of rules which define the legal and contractual framework to the supply and transportation of Gas.

  • Where the Uniform Network Code Committee fails to achieve majority approval the proposed modification shall be considered in accordance with the provisions set out in Section 7 of the Uniform Network Code Modification Rules unless the Uniform Network Code Committee determines otherwise.

  • Should a User or Transporter wish to propose modifications to any of the Documents, such proposed modifications shall be submitted to the Uniform Network Code Committee and considered by the Uniform Network Committee or any relevant sub- committee where the Uniform Network Committee so decide by majority vote.

More Definitions of Uniform Network Code

Uniform Network Code means the agreement as modified from time to time between the Transporter and the gas shippers which sets out the commercial terms for gas transportation services applying in respect of the National Transmission System, to which we are a Party;
Uniform Network Code means the document so titled and prepared by the Transporters pursuant to Standard Special Condition A11(6) of their Transporter's Licences and as modified from time to time;
Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code prepared pursuant to the Gas Transporter Licence;

Uniform Network Code. 18 means the code prepared by the Joint Office of Gas Transporters, as amended from time to time.
