Unimpaired Class definition

Unimpaired Class means an unimpaired Class within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Unimpaired Class means each of Classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10, as set forth in Article III of the Plan.
