Unit Class means a class of units in a Fund which is offered under this PDS.

Unit Class means the particular type of Units of the Fund in question. Information on the type of Unit Classes offered for each Fund and the differences between these is available from each Fund’s Prospectus.

Examples of Unit Class in a sentence

• The total expense ratio (“TER”) of each Unit Class is calculated in accordance with the general principles recognized by the FMA and shall include any and all costs and fees charged to the relevant Unit Class of the relevant Sub-Fund on an ongoing basis, with the exception of transaction costs.

• Performance Fee Calculation The Management Company shall earn a performance fee equal to 15% of the out- performance a Unit Class achieved over the Performance Benchmark.

• The Unitholders are not entitled to request the liquidation of the UCITS, or a Sub-Fund or a Unit Class.

• The Performance Benchmark and the Sub-Fund’s Unit Class Performances are calculated net of management fees and charges.

• It is the Manager’s intention that Unit Class Conversions will be processed at the next Valuation Point following receipt of the instruction, however the Manager reserves the right to defer a Unit Class Conversion until no later than after the next annual accounting date if it is in the interests of other Unitholders.

More Definitions of Unit Class

Unit Class means Initial Units, Accumulator Units or Bonus Units or one or more of these, which represent the holdings in a Unit Fund under this Contract.

Unit Class has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(a) of this Agreement.

Unit Class means a class of Units created by Warakirri under the Warakirri Master Trust in accordance with the terms of the trust deed establishing the Warakirri Master Trust dated 5 October 2016, as amended from time to time.
