Unit Option Plan definition

Unit Option Plan means the Unit Option Plan of the REIT described under "Management of the REIT — Unit Option Plan".
Unit Option Plan means the Non-Qualified Unit Option Plan of the Partnership described in Section 4.6.
Unit Option Plan means any unit option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership, NEE Partners or the NEE Partners General Partner.

  • Just Energy may grant awards under its 2010 share option plan (formerly the 2001 Unit Option Plan) to directors, officers, full-time employees and service providers (non-employees) of Just Energy and its subsidiaries and affiliates.

Unit Option Plan means the unit option plan of the REIT, as amended and restated, as described under “Management of the REIT — Unit Option Plan” in the AIF; and
Unit Option Plan means the unit option plan of the Trust dated as at November 24, 2006 and amended on May 24, 2007, September 30, 2009 and June 28, 2010;
Unit Option Plan means the unit option plan of the REIT which provides for the grant, from time to time, at the discretion of the Trustees, of options to purchase Units for cash to the Trustees, officers and employees of the REIT or any subsidiary of the REIT and any subsidiary, officers and employees of Allied Canadian Development Corporation.
Unit Option Plan means the unit option plan of the REIT which was established in 1996, as amended from time to time.
Unit Option Plan means the plan pursuant to which the Trust grants Options to Service Providers, as amended from time to time.
Unit Option Plan means the unit option plan which the Trust may adopt from time to time providing for the issuance, from time to time, of options to purchase Units for cash to the members of the Trust’s management.
