Unit Type means the type of housing unit by number of bedrooms.

Unit Type means an abbreviated word used in conjunction with a unit designator to describe the character of the unit and will be in accordance with USPS Publication No. 28 Appendix C2. The following are allowable unit types:
Unit Type means a category of “Units” based on the configuration and rental rate of the “Unit,” such as: Full Service Campsite, Semi – Improved Campsite, 2 Bedroom Cabin, 3 Bedroom Cabin.
