Unit Value definition

Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.
Unit Value has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(c).
Unit Value. With respect to any Partnership Unit, the average of the daily market price for a REIT Share for the ten (10) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the date of receipt of a Redemption Notice by the General Partner multiplied by the Conversion Factor. If the REIT Shares are traded on a securities exchange or the NASDAQ-National Market System, the market price for each such trading day shall be the reported last sale price on such day or, if no sales take place on such day, the average of the closing bid and asked prices on such day. If the REIT Shares are not traded on a securities exchange or the NASDAQ-National Market System, the market price for each such trading day shall be determined by the General Partner using any reasonable method of valuation. If a Share Payment would include any REIT Share Rights, the value of such REIT Share Rights shall be determined by the General Partner using any reasonable method of valuation, taking into account the Unit Value determined hereunder and the factors used to make such determination and the value of such REIT Share Rights shall be included in the Unit Value.

Examples of Unit Value in a sentence

  • For Trusts in which the applicable Prospectus provides that the entire Creation and Development Fee will be assessed at the conclusion of the initial offering period, the reimbursement provided for in this Section shall be for the account of Unitholders of record at the conclusion of the initial offering period and shall have no effect on the Unit Value prior to such date.

  • For Trusts in which the applicable Prospectus provides for daily accrual of the creation and development fee, the creation and development fee will accrue on a daily basis at an annual rate as set forth in such Prospectus for the Trust based on a percentage of the average daily Unit Value of the Trust.

  • Upon receipt of such notice, the Trustee shall use this revised estimated amount per Unit representing unpaid organization costs in determining the Trust Evaluation and Unit Value but such revision of the estimated expenses shall not effect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

  • For Trusts in which the applicable Prospectus provides that the entire creation and development fee will be assessed at the conclusion of the initial offering period, the reimbursement provided for in this Section shall be for the account of Unitholders of record at the conclusion of the initial offering period and shall have no effect on the Unit Value prior to such date.

  • The Trustee shall be permitted to rely on these evaluations when determining the Unit Value.


More Definitions of Unit Value

Unit Value means the unit price of each fund which will be the net asset value calculated on a daily basis.
Unit Value means the daily unit value per unit of the respective Separate Accounts or sub-accounts thereof for each Business Day, all determined in accordance with the terms of the Cutover Schedule and with any applicable prospectus or regulatory requirement.
Unit Value shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.01.
Unit Value means, at any time, unless otherwise specified in the Plan, the value of each Unit issued under the Plan, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on such date.
Unit Value or “Period Unit Value” means the averages of the Unit Value Amounts per Performance Unit earned with respect to a performance period as specified in Section 3.
Unit Value means the value of the Units calculated in accordance with the following formula:
Unit Value means the value of a unit in an applicable Investment Option, as determined in good faith by the Trustee or the custodian of the Trust Fund, or, in the case of a mutual fund shares, by the issuer of such mutual fund shares.
