University Group for purposes of this policy, means a registered student organization or a recognized employee group (an employee group created to further professional development of its members or the mission of the university) of the university((,)) and also encompasses the individual members of these groups when acting on behalf of the group. The term ((also)) "also" includes individuals who are currently enrolled students or current employees.
