Unpaid Fees are subject to a finance charge of one percent (1.0%) per month, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower, plus all expenses of collection, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Unpaid Fees other than amounts disputed in good faith are subject to a finance charge of 0.5% per month on any outstanding balance, or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower.
The monthly amount for each month of the calendar quarter shall be allocated among Eligible Counsel having Unpaid Fees, without regard to whether there may be Eligible Counsel that have not yet been granted or denied a Fee Award by the Panel as of the end of the Applicable Quarter.
