Unregistered Vehicle definition
Unregistered Vehicle means any vehicle or trailer, except those exempt from registration by State law, that is without current registration plates, or with fictitious registration plates attached thereto, or otherwise not registered in compliance with State or County law.
Unregistered Vehicle means a vehicle without a license plate or with an expired license plate.
