Unreleased Shares means Shares that, in accordance with Sections 3.1, 3.3, and 3.3, have not been released and are subject to repurchase by the Corporation at the Original Cost Per Share pursuant to Section 4.1.

Unreleased Shares means Shares that are not Released Shares.

Unreleased Shares means Linked Shares that have not been and are no longer capable of being Released.

Examples of Unreleased Shares in a sentence

Upon the occurrence of such a forfeiture, the Company shall become the legal and beneficial owner of the Unreleased Shares and all rights and interests therein or relating thereto, and the Company shall have the right to retain and transfer to its own name the number of Unreleased Shares being forfeited by Participant.
In such event, Participant shall not retain physical custody of any certificates representing Unreleased Shares issued to Participant.
Upon delivery of such notice and the payment of the aggregate Repurchase Price in any of the ways described above, the Company shall become the legal and beneficial owner of the Unreleased Shares being repurchased and all rights and interests therein or relating thereto, and the Company shall have the right to retain and transfer to its own name the number of Unreleased Shares being repurchased by the Company.
Participant hereby authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Company, or such other person designated by the Committee, to transfer the Unreleased Shares which have been forfeited pursuant to this Section 2.1 from Participant to the Company.
Upon the occurrence of such forfeiture, the Company shall become the legal and beneficial owner of the Unreleased Shares and all rights and interests therein or relating thereto, and the Company shall have the right to retain and transfer to its own name the number of Unreleased Shares being forfeited by Participant.

More Definitions of Unreleased Shares

Unreleased Shares means any of the Bruk Class A Preferred Shares that have not been released from this Agreement in accordance with Part 2 of this Agreement; and

Unreleased Shares means, at the relevant time of reference thereto, that number of the Purchased Shares (subject to adjustment as provided in Section 7(c) hereof) as shall not have been released from the Repurchase Option on or prior to such time.

Unreleased Shares means any of the Yue Class A Preferred Shares that have not been released from this Agreement in accordance with Part 2 of this Agreement; and

Unreleased Shares means any of the Restricted Shares which have not yet been released from the Company’s Repurchase Option. Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Agreement have the respective meanings assigned to them in the Purchase Agreement.

Unreleased Shares means the applicable Diamond Shares, dos Sxxxxx Shares, Lxxxx Shares and/or Linden Shares, as the case may be.

Unreleased Shares means any of the Shares which, from time to time, have not yet been released from the Forfeiture Restrictions set forth in Section 3 hereof.

Unreleased Shares means any of the Li Class A Preferred Shares that have not been released from this Agreement in accordance with Part 2 of this Agreement; and
