Unrestricted Cash definition

Unrestricted Cash means cash or cash equivalents of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries that would not appear as “restricted” on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Unrestricted Cash. The meaning of “Unrestricted Cash” or any comparable definition in the Underlying Instruments for each Loan, and in any case that “Unrestricted Cash” or such comparable definition is not defined in such Underlying Instruments, all cash available for use for general corporate purposes and not held in any reserve account or legally or contractually restricted for any particular purposes or subject to any lien (other than blanket liens permitted under or granted in accordance with such Underlying Instruments), as reflected on the most recent financial statements of the relevant Obligor that have been delivered to the Borrower.
Unrestricted Cash means all cash and cash equivalents other than restricted cash.

Unrestricted Cash means, at any time, (a) the aggregate amount of cash and Cash Equivalents of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries at such time that are not subject to any pledge, Lien or control agreement (excluding statutory Liens in favor of any depositary bank where such cash and Cash Equivalents are maintained), minus (b) amounts included in the foregoing clause (a) that are held by a Person other than the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries as a deposit or security for Contractual Obligations.
Unrestricted Cash means cash and Cash Equivalents that are not subject to any pledge, lien or control agreement, less (a) $10,000,000, (b) amounts normally and customarily set aside by Prologis for operating capital and interest reserves and (c) amounts placed with third parties as deposits or security for contractual obligations.
