Unrestricted Free Agent means a Free Agent who is not subject to a Team’s right of first refusal.

Examples of Unrestricted Free Agent in a sentence

  • Unrestricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security that is not a Restricted Security.

  • Unrestricted Margin Stock means any Margin Stock owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary which is not Restricted Margin Stock.

  • Immaterial Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary of the Borrower that is not a Material Domestic Subsidiary.

  • Unrestricted means the specified asset is not subject to any escrow, reserves or Liens or claims of any kind in favor of any Person.
