Unrestricted Margin Stock definition

Unrestricted Margin Stock means any Margin Stock owned by the Borrower or any Subsidiary which is not Restricted Margin Stock.

Unrestricted Margin Stock means all Margin Stock owned by the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries other than Restricted Margin Stock.

Unrestricted Margin Stock means, at any time, all Margin Stock owned by the Parent and its Subsidiaries to the extent the value thereof exceeds 25% of the aggregate value of all assets owned by the Parent and its Subsidiaries then subject to the covenants contained in Sections 6.02 and 6.05.

More Definitions of Unrestricted Margin Stock

Unrestricted Margin Stock means the capital stock of Varsity that constitutes "margin stock" (as defined in Regulation G of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System as from time to time in effect), if, and to the extent that the value of such margin stock exceeds 25% of the total assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries, subject to the restrictions contained in Sections 4.10 and 4.12 hereof; provided that it is understood that upon completion of the merger pursuant to the Varsity Merger Documents there shall be no Unrestricted Margin Stock outstanding.
