Unrestricted Shares definition

Unrestricted Shares means a grant of Shares made on an unrestricted basis pursuant to Section 13 of the Plan.

Unrestricted Shares means a grant of Shares free of any Restricted Period, Performance Goals or any substantial risk of forfeiture. Unrestricted Shares may be granted in respect of past services or other valid consideration, or in lieu of cash compensation due to an Employee.

Unrestricted Shares means Shares issued under the Plan that are not subject to either a risk of forfeiture or a Restriction Period.

Examples of Unrestricted Shares in a sentence

• Unrestricted Shares, evidenced in such manner as the Committee shall deem appropriate, shall be issued to the holder of Restricted Stock promptly after the applicable restrictions have lapsed or otherwise been satisfied.

• Unrestricted Shares, evidenced in such manner as the Committee shall deem appropriate, shall be delivered to the holder of Restricted Stock promptly after such Restricted Stock shall become Released Securities.
