Unsecured Notes Indenture definition

Unsecured Notes Indenture means, collectively, any indenture by and among the Borrower or a Guarantor, as issuer, the guarantors, if any, party thereto and a trustee, and any and all related documentation entered into in connection therewith, pursuant to which Unsecured Notes shall have been issued, as the same may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Unsecured Notes Indenture means the indenture, dated as of July 31, 2015, by and among the Borrower and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee.
Unsecured Notes Indenture means that certain Indenture, dated as of March 26, 2021 (as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), by and among Holdings, the Lead Borrower, as issuer, the other guarantors party thereto and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, pursuant to which $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2029 were issued.
