Unsightly Property definition

Unsightly Property means a Property which in the opinion of the Designated Officer is detrimental to the surrounding area, including but not limited to the growth of grass to a length which is unsightly or the growth of weeds so that same become a Nuisance to adjoining properties.
Unsightly Property means any real property of part thereof upon which there is litter, derelict motor vehicles or parts thereof, or dilapidated or unsightly buildings, structures or parts thereof, or grass exceeding the length prescribed by subsection 5.2 of this bylaw.
Unsightly Property or “Unsightly Condition” means and includes any use of, or activity upon any premises which is offensive to any person acting reasonably, or has or may be expected to be detrimental to the surrounding area or other premises in the neighbourhood or is dangerous or an imminent danger to public health or safety, or materially depreciates the value of other land or improvements on adjacent land, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, may include the following:

More Definitions of Unsightly Property

Unsightly Property means any property on which there is waste that causes the property to look unsightly;
Unsightly Property or "Untidy Property" shall mean:

Unsightly Property means any property or part thereof upon which there is visual evidence of a lack of general maintenance and upkeep due to the presence of litter, derelict motor vehicle(s) or dangerous buildings or structures.
