Unsubstantiated report definition
Unsubstantiated report means the report disposition in which the assessment/ investigation determined no occurrence of child abuse or neglect.

Unsubstantiated report means any report of child abuse, neglect, and/or child care rules violation for which it is determined after an investigation, that a preponderance of evidence of the alleged abuse, neglect, and/or violation does not exist.
