Examples of Unused Commitment Fees in a sentence
All Unused Commitment Fees shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and shall be payable for the actual number of days elapsed (including the first day but excluding the last day).
The total Unused Commitment Fee paid by the Borrower will be equal to the sum of all of the Unused Commitment Fees due to the Lenders, subject to subsection 1.11(e)(vi).
The Borrowers and the Lenders acknowledge and agree that the Unused Commitment Fees payable hereunder are bona fide unused commitment fees and are intended as reasonable compensation to the Lenders for committing to make funds available to Borrowers as described herein and for no other purposes.
