The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender with a Revolving Commitment an unused facility fee (the “Unused Fee”) equal to an aggregate amount computed on a daily basis by multiplying (i) the Unused Fee Percentage applicable to such day, expressed as a per diem rate, times (ii) the excess of the Revolving Commitments over the Outstanding Revolving Amount on such day.
