Unused Line Fee definition
Unused Line Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.5.

The accrued Unused Line Fee shall be assessed on the first (1st) day of every month, and payable in arrears on each subsequent Interest Payment Date, all as determined by Agent in accordance with the Loan Documents and Agent’s loan systems and procedures periodically in effect.
