Unvested Option Shares means, at the relevant time of reference thereto, those Option Shares for which the Option has not yet become exercisable at such time pursuant to Section 4(a) and without giving effect to the provisions of Section 4(b) above.

  • The Repurchase Notice shall indicate the number of Unvested Option Shares to be repurchased and the time and date for payment of the Repurchase Price (the “Closing”) on which the repurchase is to be effected, such date to be not more than thirty (30) days after the date of such notice.

Unvested Option Shares means the Option Shares issued pursuant to a Restricted Share Exercise which, as of any relevant date, have not yet vested in accordance with the terms of this Plan and the applicable Notice of Grant.

Related to Unvested Option Shares

  • Unvested Option means an Option in respect of which the relevant Vesting Conditions have not been satisfied and as such, the Option Grantee has not become eligible to exercise the Option.

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.
