Unvested Options definition

Unvested Options means Award Options that are not Initial Vested Options, that remain subject to immediate termination upon a Termination of Service and that have not yet become Vested Options.
Unvested Options means Options that have not yet become exercisable by a Participant to purchase Shares;
Unvested Options means Options that have not become Vested Options pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Examples of Unvested Options in a sentence

  • Unvested Options are subject to cancellation as provided in the Plan.

  • Once exercisable, all Continuing Unvested Options shall remain exercisable until the Stock Option Termination Date.

  • All of Executive’s Continuing Unvested Options shall become exercisable in accordance with the applicable Original Stock Option Award Documents, on the same basis as such options would have become vested and exercisable if Executive had remained employed under this Agreement through the Scheduled Expiration Date.

More Definitions of Unvested Options

Unvested Options means Time Options that have not become Vested Options pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Unvested Options and "Unvested Stock Awards" shall mean all (i) unvested restricted stock awards under the 1988 TriMas Corporation Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (Restated December 5, 1995), (ii) unvested options under the 1988 TriMas Corporation Stock Option Plan (Restated December 5, 1995), and (iii) unvested restricted stock awards, options, or other awards of any form under the TriMas Corporation 1995 Long Term Stock Incentive Plan (Restated December 5, 1995) representing awards, options or grants granted prior to February 28, 1998.
Unvested Options means, as of the Closing Date, (i) all outstanding unvested options to purchase shares of the Company Common Stock and (ii) all outstanding vested options to purchase shares of the Company Common Stock with an exercise price equal to or greater than the Per Share Purchase Price.
Unvested Options means only those unvested stock option grants made to you under the Plan which have not been exercised, forfeited or terminated as of December 31, 2005.
Unvested Options means all Options that are unvested pursuant to their vesting terms as of immediately prior to the Effective Time. “Unvested Options Share Amount” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).
