Updated Financial Statements definition

Updated Financial Statements has the meaning specified in Section 6.3(a).

Updated Financial Statements means financial statements delivered pursuant to Section 6.13 or Section 6.17.

Updated Financial Statements means (a) the audited annual Consolidated financial statements of Petroleum and Mesa and their respective Consolidated Subsidiaries dated as of December 31, 1996, and (b) the unaudited Consolidated financial statements and unaudited consolidating balance sheets and statements of operations of Petroleum and Mesa and their respective Consolidated Subsidiaries prepared in reasonable detail in accordance with GAAP and dated as of March 31, 1997.

Updated Financial Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.7 hereof.

Updated Financial Statements shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.17(b).
