Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account. The segregated account or accounts (or a subaccount of the Distribution Account) created and maintained by the Certificate Administrator (on behalf of the Trustee) pursuant to Section 3.04(b) in trust for the Certificateholders, which shall initially be entitled “Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as Certificate Administrator, on behalf of Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of the registered Holders of BBCMS Mortgage Trust 2025-5C37, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2025-5C37, Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account”.
