Upstream Licensors definition

Upstream Licensors means Astra Zeneca and Merck.

  • TESARO shall be solely responsible for the payment of royalties and other payments owed by TESARO to Upstream Licensors and any other Third Parties on account of the Development and Commercialization of the Licensed Product by ZAI in the Territory.
