US Borrowing definition

US Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of US Revolving Loans made on the same day by the Lenders (or Agent on behalf thereof), or by Swing Lender in the case of a Swing Loan, or by Agent in the case of an Extraordinary Advance.
US Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of U.S. Loans.
US Borrowing means (a) US Revolving Loans of the same Type or a Letter of Credit, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect, or (b) a Swingline Loan.

US Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous US Advances of the same Type made by the US Lenders pursuant to Section 2.1(a) or Converted by each US Lender to US Advances of a different Type pursuant to Section 2.6(b).
US Borrowing means a US Revolving Borrowing or a Swing Line Borrowing.
