U.S. Collateral definition

U.S. Collateral means any and all property owned, leased or operated by a Person covered by the U.S. Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any U.S. Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent to secure the Secured Obligations.
U.S. Collateral means and include all “Collateral” (or any similarly defined term) as defined in any of the U.S. Security Instruments.
U.S. Collateral means the Collateral owned by (or, in the event such Collateral has been foreclosed upon, immediately prior to such foreclosure that was owned by) a U.S. Loan Party.

  • Such deposit shall be held by the U.S. Collateral Agent or the Canadian Collateral Agent, as the case may be, as collateral for the payment and performance of the Obligations.

  • Upon any such resignation, the Required U.S. Lenders shall have the right to appoint, on behalf of the Borrowers and the U.S. Lenders, a successor Administrative Agent or U.S. Collateral Agent, which shall be a financial institution with an office in New York City.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall the US Collateral include or the Lien granted under Section 7.1 hereof (a) attach to any of the Excluded Equity Interests, or (b) include any assets of a Foreign Subsidiary.


More Definitions of U.S. Collateral

U.S. Collateral means any and all property of any US Loan Party subject to a Lien under any Collateral Document and any and all other property of any US Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that is or becomes subject to a Lien pursuant to any Collateral Document, in each case, to secure the US Secured Obligations, other than any Excluded Assets.
U.S. Collateral means all “Collateral” or “Mortgaged Property” or similar terms used in the US Security Documents and Mortgages pertaining to US real property, as applicable. The US Collateral shall not include any Excluded Properties (US).
