US Dollar Amount definition

US Dollar Amount means, at any time, (a) as to any amount denominated in US Dollars, the amount thereof at such time and (b) as to any amount denominated in any other currency, the Equivalent Amount in US Dollars.
US Dollar Amount means at any time with respect to outstanding Loans under the Credit Facility, the aggregate of (a) the amount in Dollars of all Loans that are denominated in Dollars, and (b) the U.S. Dollar Equivalent at such time of all Loans that are denominated in Canadian Dollars.
US Dollar Amount means, for any amount on any particular date, the aggregate of: (a) the portion, if any, of the amount denominated in US Dollars; and (b) the amount in US Dollars (determined on that date unless otherwise specified herein in accordance with Section 1.4) of the portion, if any, of the amount denominated in Canadian Dollars or any other relevant currency.

US Dollar Amount of any currency at any time means (i) the amount of such currency if such currency is U.S. Dollars or (ii) the equivalent in U.S. Dollars if such currency is a Foreign Currency, calculated on the basis of the Exchange Rate for such currency on or as of the most recent Computation Date provided for in Section 2.04.
US Dollar Amount means, at any time, (a) as to any amount denominated in US Dollars, the amount thereof at such time, and (b) as to any amount denominated in any other currency, the equivalent amount in US Dollars as determined by Lender at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate for the purchase of US Dollars with such currency.
US Dollar Amount means as of any date of determination as to any amount denominated in any currency other than United States dollars, the equivalent amount in United States dollars as determined by Agent on such date by reference to the Spot Rate for the purchase of United States dollars with such currency.
US Dollar Amount of any currency at any date shall mean (a) the amount of such currency if such currency is Dollars or (b) the equivalent amount of such currency in Dollars, calculated on the basis of the arithmetical mean of the buy and sell spot rates of exchange of the Administrative Agent for such other currency on the London market at 11:00 a.m., London time (or, in the case of Canadian Dollars, 10:00 a.m., Toronto, Ontario time), on the date on or as of which such amount is to be determined.
US Dollar Amount means (a) if a Letter of Credit is denominated in Dollars, its amount; or (b) if a Letter of Credit denominated in an Optional Currency, its equivalent in Dollars calculated on the basis of the relevant Issuing Bank’s Spot Exchange Rate on the date of determination for that Letter of Credit.
US Dollar Amount means, in relation to any amount denominated in a currency other than
US Dollar Amount. On any date of determination, (a) with respect to any amount in U.S. Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount in an Agreed Currency, the Equivalent Amount in U.S. Dollars of such amount, determined by Agent pursuant to Section 2.2 using the Exchange Rate with respect to such Agreed Currency at the time in effect.
