US Dollar Equivalent Amount definition

US Dollar Equivalent Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount denominated in US Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in any currency other than US Dollars, the equivalent amount thereof in US Dollars as determined by the Administrative Issuer at such time on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined as of the applicable date of determination) for the purchase of US Dollars with such currency or as otherwise provided for pursuant to Section 6.2(b).
US Dollar Equivalent Amount means, with respect to a specified amount of any Offshore Currency, the amount of US Dollars into which such amount of Offshore Currency would be converted, based on the applicable Spot Rate of Exchange.
US Dollar Equivalent Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to any amount in US Dollars, such amount, and (b) with respect to any amount denominated in Euro, Sterling, Canadian Dollars or any other Alternative Currency, the equivalent amount thereof in US Dollars as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as the case may be, at such time pursuant to Section 1.05 on the basis of the Spot Rate (determined, in the case of any Letter of Credit, in respect of the most recent Revaluation Date) with respect to such currency at the time in effect under the provisions of Section 1.05.

  • For purposes of determining whether the Majority Banks have approved any amendment, waiver or consent or taken any other action hereunder, the U.S. Dollar Equivalent Amount of all unpaid Canadian Dollar Loans shall be calculated on the date such amendment, waiver or consent is to become effective or such action is to be taken.

  • The Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as applicable, shall notify the Parent Borrower and the Lenders of each determination of the US Dollar Equivalent Amount of each Borrowing denominated in Euro, Sterling or Canadian Dollars and each Letter of Credit or any Letter of Credit Exposure denominated in an Alternative Currency.

US Dollar Equivalent Amount means, on any given date, the amount ----------------------------- of U.S. Dollars which could be purchased with the relevant amount of Canadian Dollars at the then applicable Spot Rate on such date (or if such date is not a Business Day, on the preceding Business Day) for the purchase of U.S. Dollars with Canadian Dollars.
US Dollar Equivalent Amount means at any Borrowing, conversion or continuation date for any Canadian Tranche Loan, the amount of US Dollars into which such Canadian Tranche Loan may be converted at the Bank of Canada noon spot rate of exchange for such date in Toronto, Canada at approximately 12:00 noon Eastern time on such date. In addition, the “US Dollar Equivalent Amount” of all outstanding Canadian Tranche Loans may be calculated at any time in the sole discretion of the US Administrative Agent and shall equal the amount of US Dollars into which all outstanding Canadian Tranche Loans may be converted at the Bank of Canada noon spot rate of exchange for such date in Toronto, Canada at approximately 12:00 noon Eastern time on such date.

US Dollar Equivalent Amount means (i) with respect to the calculation of the Borrower Interest Conversion Price, the amount obtained in US dollars when the 10-day volume weighted average of the trading price in Canadian dollars referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of “Borrower Interest Conversion Price” is converted into US dollars using the daily average rate for the exchange of Canadian dollars into US dollars of the Bank of Canada on the last of such 10 day period; and
US Dollar Equivalent Amount means, in respect of each Note of SEK 14,250 principal amount, U.S.$1,727.27.
