Examples of US Dollar Equivalent Amount in a sentence
For purposes of determining whether the Majority Banks have approved any amendment, waiver or consent or taken any other action hereunder, the U.S. Dollar Equivalent Amount of all unpaid Canadian Dollar Loans shall be calculated on the date such amendment, waiver or consent is to become effective or such action is to be taken.
The stated amount available for drawing under any Offshore Letter of Credit shall be recorded in the Agent’s records in US Dollars as if the Offshore Letter of Credit had been issued in US Dollars in the US Dollar Equivalent Amount of such Offshore Letter of Credit, as such amount may be adjusted as provided in subsections (iii), (iv) or (v).
For the purposes of determining the maximum amount of Letter of Credit Liabilities hereunder, it is intended by the parties that all Offshore Letters of Credit shall be the functional equivalent of US Letters of Credit made and repaid in US Dollars and shall be included in such determination based on their US Dollar Equivalent Amount as determined from time to time as set forth herein.
Upon receipt from the beneficiary of any Letter of Credit of any notice of a drawing under such Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Bank shall notify the Administrative Agent and the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the applicable Borrower and each other Revolving Lender as to the US Dollar Equivalent Amount to be paid as a result of such demand or drawing and the payment date.
The Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as applicable, shall notify the Parent Borrower and the Lenders of each determination of the US Dollar Equivalent Amount of each Borrowing denominated in Euro, Sterling or Canadian Dollars and each Letter of Credit or any Letter of Credit Exposure denominated in an Alternative Currency.
