US Facility Agreement definition

US Facility Agreement means the loan agreement dated as of 8 March 2011 between the Borrower, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association as administrative agent, lead arranger and lender and those lenders that are a signatory thereto (as amended, restated, replaced or refinanced from time to time);

US Facility Agreement means a syndicated facility agreement dated 12 July 2001 between (inter alia) UNOVA, Inc. and others as borrowers, Bank of America N.A. and Heller Financial, Inc. and others as lenders and/or agents (as amended, restated, extended or supplemented from time to time); and

US Facility Agreement means an up to USD 5,000,000 credit facility agreement with one or both of the US Subsidiaries as borrowers.

• The Borrower shall not (and shall ensure that no other member of the Group will) create or permit to subsist any Security over any of its assets, other than any Security permitted under the U.S. Facility Agreement or as the Agent may otherwise agree.

More Definitions of US Facility Agreement

US Facility Agreement means the New York law governed facility agreement dated on or around the date of this Agreement between, among others, Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp., JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Barclays Bank PLC and Column Financial, Inc. as lenders and each of the entities listed therein as borrowers in the form delivered as a condition precedent to this Agreement.
